Succession Planning

We believe that all businesses should be working towards a future where they are able to expand organically.  In order to create this it is essential that future planning is implemented with internal talent whether through training or mentorship.  One of our bespoke services will see us act as a consultant within the firm where we will go onsite to strategise on current infrastructure, recommend where the next ‘C’ level employees should come from and where skills need to be developed.

In tandem with economic and market conditions, we are seeing staff transferred internally to new departments, new continents and new business areas, but with varying levels of success.  Understandably, due to these market conditions this may be the most salient solution. However, at best this should only be on a temporary basis.  We have advised clients previously on when is the best time to look for ‘succession’ candidates and most importantly where to identify them.
